Welcome to yvb, operated by Your Very Best, LLC dba yvb ("we," "us," or "our"). This Shipping & Fulfillment Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Our Fulfillment Partner
We partner with a trusted third-party liaison provider (3PL) to handle fulfillment, packaging, and shipping.
This allows us to:
- Maintain high standards for quality and safety
- Ship orders efficiently and reliably
- Scale responsibly while staying focused on our mission
Once your order is fulfilled and handed to the carrier, delivery timing is managed by the shipping provider.
2. Order Processing
- Our online store is open 24/7
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) are typically processed the same day
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day
Processing time refers to preparing your order for shipment, not transit time.
3. Shipping Options (United States)
We currently offer the following U.S. shipping options:
Standard Shipping
- Average transit time: 2–4 business days
- Shipped via FedEx Home Delivery or a comparable carrier
Free Shipping
- Available on orders over $50.00, or on select subscriptions
- Uses the same delivery method and transit time as Standard Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. International Shipping
At this time, international shipping availability may vary.
- Duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient
- Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing
If you have questions about international shipping, contact us before placing your order.
5. Shipping Confirmations & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Delays & Carrier Issues
While we do our best to ship orders quickly, delays can occur due to:
- Carrier issues
- Weather or natural events
- Customs processing (international orders)
- Other circumstances beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays once a package is in the carrier's possession, but we're always happy to help you troubleshoot.

We actively seek out eco-conscious packaging and shipping practices where possible to reduce waste and environmental impact, without compromising product safety.
8. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Orders returned to us due to address issues may require additional shipping fees to resend
