Changes must be made before the next billing or fulfillment date to apply to that shipment.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund on eligible items within 60 days of your order date.

3. What's Not Refundable

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Shipping and handling fees
  • Products not purchased directly from our official channels
  • Gift cards
  • Discounted, discontinued, or final-sale items
  • Products purchased using rewards or loyalty points

4. No Returns - Share the Love

Because our products are consumable and to reduce environmental impact, we do not require physical returns.

Instead:

  • If the product is unopened or lightly used, we encourage you to share it with a friend or family member
  • If the product is damaged, you may dispose of the contents responsibly and recycle or compost packaging where applicable

5. Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet available.

  • We may charge the full amount, a partial deposit, or store your payment method for later billing
  • You may cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled for a full refund
  • Once a pre-order has shipped, it is treated as a regular order and follows this refund policy

6. Try Before You Buy

If a product is offered as "try before you buy":

  • Your payment method is authorized at checkout
  • You will have a set trial period to decide whether to keep the product
  • If the product is not returned within the trial window, your payment method will be charged in full

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed through Shopify and our payment processors
  • Processing typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We cannot issue refunds to prepaid debit cards
  • Bank processing times are outside our control
